Our last two posts were about how to make a healthy vegetarian dinner for your pet, but we missed the most important part of this post. Las tunas (Spanish for “tuna”) are little fish that we buy in bulk and freeze, and then cook at home for dinner. Just like us, the fish that you get from your fishmonger is fresh and, hopefully, not too much of a risk for you.

This fish comes from the Atlantic Ocean and is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids. These are great for your heart and brain, and tuna is a staple in the Mediterranean diet. You can buy your own canned tuna at your local fish counter, and it’s also pretty cheap if you’re stocking up in bulk.

This is great news since I have a couple of friends who just love the taste of their own canned tuna. But it’s not just the taste that’s good, it is the fact that this fish is a great source of omega-3-containing fatty acids. That’s important because it’s not just tuna that contains these fatty acids, but fish such as cod and haddock.

I think that most of us, at least the ones who are serious about seafood, have heard of the high fat content in tuna and just assume that its good for you. But this isn’t just the tuna. It’s also the fact that fish that are high in omega-3 fatty acids come from cold water. This means that when you boil tuna, the fatty acids are destroyed, making it a poor source of omega-3 fatty acids.

Welllll…. fish that are cold water, fish that aren’t cold water, but are high in omega-3 fatty acids, is what we call cold water fish, and cold water fish are what we call low omega-3 fish. The reason we don’t eat fish at my house is because I don’t cook them cold.

The problem we have with cold water fish is that we don’t eat them, but they are high in omega-3 fatty acids. But that doesnt make them a bad source of Omega-3 fatty acids. The problem is that cold water fish are highly susceptible to parasites. So when people have a cold, they often eat cold-water fish to try to prevent the cold from spreading to their body. This can cause them to catch colds and die.

Most of us get sick from a cold each year. And most of those colds are caused by parasites living in our digestive tracts. Parasites are parasites are parasites, and they can cause a great deal of harm to our systems, and that includes colds. I have been taking omega-3 rich fish oils for years and I have never caught a cold in over five years. That is incredible and I think it proves that fish oils are very effective against parasites.

The problem is that fish oils are not meant to be used in a high dose. A few drops in the mouth, a few drops in the eye, and it’s gone for good. And that’s why I have to take fish oil supplements. I have a prescription for one of those fish oil capsules but it costs me nearly the same as my regular fish oil capsules.

I have been on omega-3 supplements for years, but the problem is my doctor prescribed them for me because I had been sick for almost a year (of course I can’t tell you where it was and it made me sick too). I am currently on a natural fish oil supplement with all the omega-3s, and I am starting to see some very positive results.

It’s a good thing to be taking a supplement that is natural and that is formulated for humans. While natural fish oil supplements are available, most of the health benefits come from the fish oil itself, so it’s good to be getting these benefits from the natural components of this supplement.
